Week 7 opens with Patriots at Bears on Thursday at 8:15 p.m. ET. Both BakaBois leagues have six scheduled fantasy matchups, and every pairing was still 0–0 when the current rosters were collected Thursday afternoon. The ranks below are from the published October 20 Week 6 editorial power poll, not a new ranking or a forecast. They describe the stakes entering this slate; they do not decide it.

Four matchups setting the week

Josh (#15, 3–3) vs Kent (#1, 6–0), League 1. The only unbeaten team in the 24-team poll meets a .500 challenger. Josh has Caleb Williams in a starting QB slot for Thursday; Kent's D'Andre Swift was on the bench at the roster cutoff. That makes the opening game a real scoring opportunity for Josh, while Kent's larger week is still ahead. Check lineups again before kickoff.

Mitchell (#14, 3–3) vs Ben (#2, 4–2), League 1. Mitchell starts New England receiver A.J. Brown against a top-two poll team. Brown was listed as a full participant Wednesday with an ankle issue and received no game status on the Patriots' official report. That is a current availability detail, not a guarantee of production.

Jim (#4, 3–3) vs Wes (#3, 4–2), League 2. Two top-four poll teams meet directly. Wes had Bears back D'Andre Swift in a starting slot at Thursday's cutoff. Chicago ruled fellow back Kyle Monangai out; the report supports the availability fact, but it does not establish Swift's workload or fantasy result.

Will (#6, 3–3) vs Ryan (#11, 3–3), League 1. Both enter even in the standings. Will starts Chicago tight end Colston Loveland; Ryan starts Patriots quarterback Drake Maye. Maye was a full practice participant Wednesday with a right-shoulder listing and no game status. Their Thursday production is still unknown.

Thursday starter watch

At the roster cutoff, other confirmed Thursday starters included Payden's Roschon Johnson and Alex's Rhamondre Stevenson in League 1; Kenneth's A.J. Brown, Kyle's Patriots defense, Miguel's Bears defense, and Savage's Colston Loveland in League 2. Chicago ruled Kyle Monangai out, while New England ruled offensive linemen Ben Brown and Alijah Vera-Tucker out. Those are team-level injury facts, not a new fantasy projection. Bench listings and starting lineups can change before kickoff.

The current source has no usable historical probability series for these pairings, so this preview makes no win-percentage or lead-swing claim. Thursday is only the first NFL game of a full fantasy week; Sunday's and Monday's games remain to be played.
