Kent is 7-0. Ryan is 3-4. Their Week 8 meeting starts to take shape tonight, with Josh Jacobs in Kent’s current League 1 lineup and Jalen Coker in Ryan’s. Kent has scored 932.24 fantasy points through seven games to Ryan’s 838.26, but an unbeaten record will not make Thursday’s points count twice.

The matchups with an early decision

Ben vs. Josh, League 1. Ben is 5-2 with 1,044 points scored; Josh is 3-4 with 811.24. Christian Watson occupies Ben’s Thursday receiver slot, while Tucker Kraft is in Josh’s tight-end slot. Josh also has George Pickens in a receiver slot for Sunday, and the current injury report lists Pickens as questionable after limited Wednesday practice. This one has a Thursday opening and a Sunday availability question.

Banz vs. Wes, League 2. The records pull in opposite directions: Banz’s Sticky Fingers is 1-6 with 711.84 points scored, while Wes’s GIRTHQUAKE is 5-2 with 988.46. Banz currently has Tucker Kraft and Matthew Golden in active slots for tonight; Wes has Christian Watson. Golden is listed as questionable with shoulder and foot issues, so the lineup at this afternoon’s cutoff is a plan, not confirmation that he will play.

Jim vs. Savage, League 2. Jim enters 3-4 and Savage 5-2, but Jim has three Carolina players in tonight’s lineup: Bryce Young, Tetairoa McMillan and Chuba Hubbard. Savage has Jalen Coker. That gives their matchup four current fantasy starters attached to the same Panthers-Packers game before the rest of the slate gets going.

Brett vs. Ian, League 2. Brett is 4-3; Ian is 5-2. Ian has Jordan Love in his Thursday quarterback slot, giving this matchup an early scoring marker while Brett’s current lineup waits for its later games. Neither the record nor the early marker settles the week.

Tonight in Green Bay

The Packers host the Panthers at 8:15 p.m. Eastern. At the 12:28 p.m. fantasy snapshot, the game is still pregame. Across both leagues, Jacobs, Watson, Kraft, Hubbard, McMillan, Young, Coker and Golden appear in current active slots for their respective owners. Golden’s questionable designation is the clearest roster-linked availability watch for tonight: Darnell has him in a League 1 receiver slot, and Banz has him in League 2. Keep the designation separate from the eventual inactive list and recheck before kickoff.

Thursday lineups are a snapshot, not a lock. The rest of Week 8 runs through Sunday, November 1, and Monday, November 2; no fantasy result has been decided at this cutoff.
